I thought about choosing a picture of a fame thrower because that plays a semi big role at the beginning of the novel where Blazes boyfriend and her throw a show while Ronnie was hanging out with them. They did this on the very first night Ronnie was there and it was something she was really interested in and something they did for money. Once the novel is about halfway, Blaze and her boyfriend also Ronnies stalker, were throwing a show on the boulevard near Will’s big chamionship volleyball game against the number one team they lost to the year before. They had a huge crowd of people together but then a fireball hit Blaze and caught her on fire instintly, as her boyfriends and all there friends ran away when she needed them Ronnie and Will ran to her side and rushed her to the hospital. Then later they had found out she had 3rd degree burns and if they hadent have rushed her away she would have easily died right there that day on the beach. So overall, this picture means something in the novel and it explains a main event very well. "Fire Throwing on Flickr - Photo Sharing!" Welcome to Flickr - Photo Sharing. Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina is the scene for this novel. This picture is a picture of the beach itself where Will and Ronnie spent most of there summer together, fighting and also falling in love. They’d spend nights on the beach and also days and the way the novel describes it is exactly what is shown in this photograph. Nicholas explains the beachy looking fenches blocking the drifts, also the white beach lawn chairs with people sun bathing and the clear blue water along with the grainy sand. Will and Ronnie describe the beach as not packed always but more like a couple familys and locals. This picture explains the book “The Last Song” very well because it’s the entire setting for the novel in detail and the exact photo of the beach they spent their summer, Wrightsville Beach.
This picture in my eye’s shows Ronnie and Will’s sarcastic fun and young relationship. They kid around together and spend all there time at the beach together and this is a perfect example. Ronnie is explained in the novel to be a small girl with long brown curly hair and Will is desribed as a beach boy, blonde hair, tan and the perfect description of a preppy boy. In this picture the descriptions of the characters in the novel “The Last Song.” In this picture he is tracing her with sea shells in the sand just like he had done in the novel and overall it explains the silly things they did and they way the spent there time during the summer. To them spending time together making up things to do and just enjoying spending there time together made there summer. I chose this picture because I believe it reminds me of the novel and the characters exactly.
This is a photo of a young girl, who matches the perfect desription of the main character Ronnie. She had long brown dark hair, along with blue eyes and a bright smile. They looks identical to what Nicholas Sparks describes in his novel and also the same attire as well. In the novel it explains how Will invites Ronnie to his older sister Megan’s wedding that summer and she spends forever putting herself together. She purchases a purpul dress with ruffels that looks nothing like an outfit she would wear but is gorgeous and she wants to inpress Will and his rich snobby parents so she buys it. This photo is the perfect image to describe the way Ronnie looked the night she attends Megan’s wedding so I figured it would explain and represent the novel very well.

A piano plays a large role in the novel. Ronnies father attending one of the highest and most prestigous music arts colleges in the country and he became a piano teacher. Ronnies coach was her father and as Ronnie grew older she became acustomed to the piano, it was her most valued possetion. But when her parents got a devorce and her father had to move away, she refused to ever even look at a piano again. When she went down to Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina to visit her dad for the summer he was constintly trying to get her to play again and because it relaxed him and eased his cancer pains. But after she spent the summer with him and understanded the reason for the devorce she agreed to get back on the piano and she realized she had loved it as much as she had before and didn’t understand why she had quit when she had loved it so much. The piano is a kind of way of accptance and a bond between Ronnie and her father that she had gotten back that summmer before his death to cancer.
